Accounting Manager

Korn Ferry is seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager for a large manufacturing client HQ. The Accounting Manager will lead core accounting operations while helping drive finance transformation initiatives across a growing organization. This highly visible role offers exposure to accounting, treasury, cash flow management, lender reporting, and business operations, providing a unique opportunity to influence change and partner directly with leadership.

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Oversee general ledger activities, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Support treasury, cash flow management, borrowing base reporting, and lender compliance activities.
• Lead and develop the accounting team through coaching and mentorship.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Leadership experience and strong ownership mentality.
• Experience managing month-end close and financial reporting processes.
• Asset-Based Lending (ABL) experience preferred.
• Manufacturing, industrial, chemical, or distribution industry experience required.
• SAP experience and CPA designation preferred.

• Salary up to $150,000 plus lucrative bonus
