United Dairy Farmer Blue Ash Distribution facility is looking for an Admin Support Clerk/Dispatcher to support the management team in administrative support functions.
DescriptionBlue Ash Distribution Admin/Support Clerk/Dispatcher - United Dairy Farmer Blue Ash Distribution facility is seeking an Admin Support Clerk/Dispatcher to support the management team in administrative support functions.
Great starting pay rates plus a $1,500 Sign-On Bonus.
Sign-On Bonus of $1,500 will be paid in $500 increments after 6 months, 9 months, and 12 months (good attendance is required to be eligible for Sign-On Bonus).
Responsibilities- Provide clerical support for management team
- Advanced Excel, Word & other Microsoft Office software programs is highly desired
- Support and help manage inventory and ordering of all expense supply items for the facility
- Support reconciliation of physical to perpetual inventory
- Support data entry of receiving of goods and entry of receipts into Sage (ERP)
- Schedule and screen initial new hire applicants
- Enter data for route KPI tracking
- File required DOT records
- Printing Store/Driver delivery tickets and dispatching routes
- Tracking outbound and inbound crate usage
- Organize and Schedule employee facility functions
- Monitor preventative maintenance program of truck fleet, ensuring equipment is scheduled for PMs
- Support the onboarding process of new employees
- Data enter temp agency timesheets and reconcile invoices to timesheets
- Support and maintain attendance, progressive disciplinary counseling, and performance review records
- Generate purchase orders for expense items
- Support documentation of training for all employees
- Other duties as outlined and assigned by management team
- Strong background in office management tasks to help build processes and programs to help manage all aspects of the facility
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent Math and Common-Sense Reasoning Skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to communicate across all levels of organization
- Able to work in a team environment
- Able to make decisions
- Task oriented but has the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Self-starter and self-motivated individual that wants to work in a fast paced environment
- 2+ years of experience as an office admin support clerk/dispatcher
- Background in ERP software preferred but not required
- Background or understanding of admin/clerical support requirements
- Background experience in a distribution/warehouse operation
