Currently seeking a Service Coordinator for our Cincinnati team in Batavia, OH.Summary:
Provide support in the service department while overseeing the rental fleet. Coordinates work order flow, warranty documentation, and preventative maintenance tracking while keeping the Service Manager up to date on progress. Provides customer service by receiving service calls and coordinating response to customer needs.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Drives the work order development while reviewing labor for accuracy, then move work orders forward to invoicing
- Maintain work order backlog and follow through with completion.
- Oversee the process for documenting equipment startups and scheduling of preventative maintenance programs
- Complete documentation of oil samples and verify completion of manufacturer compliance documentation
- Oversee the Rental fleet and tracking process.
- Supports the Service Manager in responding to Technician requests and needs
- Partners with Sales and Account Managers to provide information regarding customers service needs.
- Primary customer service for answering department phone calls.
- Various administrative duties include office supplies inventory, vendor relations for location and other items as needed.
- Additional duties as assigned and needed for changing business conditions.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to track and organize information accurately through using various software systems.
- Self-sufficient in planning daily tasks and proactively communicating status of service needs.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Excellent communication skills and strong Customer Service
- Pre-employment screening includes background check and drug screen. Clean driving record is required

Hours of Operation
- Monday – Friday 7:00/7:30am
-4:00/5:00pm
