You’ll be the first line of contact for leads and clients, the person keeping our inbox under control, and the go-to for keeping everything (and everyone) on track.

What You’ll Do

Answering emails, phone calls & inbox messages

Reaching out to new leads & project-complete clients

Handle domain purchases and renewals for clients

Assist the sales team by preparing and sending client proposals

Helping manage launch calendars

What You’ll Bring

Experience in customer success, account management, and High Level support

Strong communication skills—clear, professional, and empathetic

Confidence leading video calls and walking clients through software tools

Organized and self-motivated with strong follow-up habits

Familiarity with High Level (is a must) or similar CRM/marketing automation tools

Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems quickly
