Job DescriptionBeVera Solutions, LLC is seeking a detail oriented and analytical Data Processing Clerk II who performs advanced data entry and coding functions in support of occupational health and exposure surveillance projects. This role is responsible for applying national coding standards, validating complex records, and supporting data quality initiatives while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with federal requirements. This position is contingent upon successful contract award to BeVera Solutions, LLC.
NOTICE – CONTINGENT POSITION:
This role is part of a pre‑award candidate search for an upcoming federal government contract.
- Enter and code occupational health and exposure data in accordance with project coding guides.
- Assign industry and occupation codes using national classification standards.
- Utilize coding and database applications such as NIOCCS and Microsoft Access.
- Validate and correct data following project‑specific instructions and quality protocols.
- Review source records for completeness and coding accuracy.
- Participate in project meetings, coding reviews, and required trainings.
- Maintain organized electronic records and data trackers.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant professional experience in data entry or coding.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Working experience with Microsoft Access databases.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy skills.
- Familiarity with government coding systems, including:
- Census Industry & Occupation Codes
- NAICS
- SOC
- Experience supporting public health, research, or federal contract programs.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain Tier 1 (Low Risk) Background Clearance.
- Ability to comply with federal data security and confidentiality requirements.
