BeVera Solutions, LLC is seeking a detail oriented and analytical Data Processing Clerk – Quality Control, who supports occupational health data projects by performing data entry and quality assurance reviews. This role is responsible for validating records, identifying and correcting errors, and supporting final‑level quality control processes to ensure data integrity and compliance with federal standards. This position is contingent upon successful contract award to BeVera Solutions, LLC.
NOTICE – CONTINGENT POSITION:
This role is part of a pre‑award candidate search for an upcoming federal government contract.
- Enter occupational health and surveillance data following project guidelines.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews of coded and entered data.
- Flag discrepancies, errors, and incomplete records.
- Validate and correct data entries in accordance with project instructions.
- Support final‑level quality control and audit activities.
- Maintain technical documentation, logs, and records.
- Assist Team Leads with compliance and reporting tasks.
- Participate in required trainings and project meetings.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Technical certificate or higher education preferred.
- 2–3 years of quality control, data entry, or clerical experience.
- Strong attention to detail and error identification skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of records management and compliance practices.
- Familiarity with government coding systems
- Experience supporting public health, research, or federal contract programs.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain Tier 1 (Low Risk) Background Clearance.
- Adherence to federal data confidentiality and protection standards required.
- Ability to comply with federal data security and confidentiality requirements.
