Description

We are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our client's team on a contract basis in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is essential in supporting the Risk and Compliance department with various administrative tasks, helping ensure smooth operations and adherence to regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams.

Responsibilities:

- Facilitate vendor and contractor prequalification processes by gathering necessary documentation and ensuring compliance requirements are met.

- Coordinate company-specific prequalification submissions by collaborating with departments such as Safety, Finance, and Risk.

- Oversee the management and renewal of company licenses, including insurance, bonding, and testing, in accordance with local or state regulations.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor files and compliance records to support operational needs.

- Assist in preparing compliance audits and documentation to meet industry standards.

- Perform data entry tasks with precision to ensure the integrity of compliance and licensing information.

- Collaborate with multiple vendors to address compliance-related queries and ensure smooth communication.

- Support the Risk and Compliance team in assessing compliance measures and identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support or a related role.

- Proficiency in handling vendor files and managing compliance documentation.

- Strong skills in answering inbound calls and performing receptionist duties.

- Ability to perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records.

- Familiarity with compliance audits and vendor management processes.

- Knowledge of local and state licensing requirements is preferred.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments.
