Fleet Titles Administrator The Fleet Titles Administrator is responsible for ensuring vehicle title and registration documentation is properly entered into system and sent to clients. In addition to supporting the Fleet Titles team with standard processing tasks, this role will serve as a key liaison to the Client Support department, assisting with title and registration-related inquiries and helping to resolve client-impacting issues efficiently and accurately.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Review documentation for accuracy and completeness, verify Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), Mileage and ownership, etc.).
- Utilize online systems to complete transactions.
- Interface with Department of Motor Vehicles (DMVs), Car Dealers, Automotive Auctions, and internal departments to resolve vehicle title issues.
- Prepare and mail titles, plates, and registration documents to appropriate parties.
Collaboration:
- Serve as a subject matter expert for title and registration-related client cases.
- Partner with Client Support to investigate and resolve escalated issues.
- Provide timely updates and documentation to support client communication.
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years general office experience in an administrative role, or an equivalent combination of license and title processing and office administration experience.
- Certification may be required to process title transfers in states other than Ohio and must pass criminal background requirements in those states.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to interact effectively with a variety of people and personalities, both inside and outside the company.
- Able to analyze issues and resolve routine problems.
- Able to set priorities, meet deadlines and maintain daily work requirements.
- Good follow-up skills. Able to track work in progress and ensure completion.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Good computer skills and experience with computer-based accounting and inventory systems.
