Job OverviewThe PM Coordinator is responsible for sustaining all department documentation, closing all work orders if needed, overseeing PM workflow and organization. The PM Coordinator supports the maintenance system requirements, including tracking, maintaining, monitoring, and ensuring compliance with ISO, KORE, Maintenance Systems, and CAAS as they relate to maintenance. The PM Coordinator also supports the Part Room Coordinator and the Asset Care Planner to kit and set up jobs to ensure Mechanics can begin project work in a timely, well-organized manner.
This position will work closely with the Asset Care Planner to coordinate all scheduled plant work, including monitoring and creating Job Plans and objective PMs, and maintains responsibility for optimizing PM plans, tasks, and duration/time to perform tasks.
- Support the Asset Care Planner in creating and sustaining all maintenance plans by entering data from work orders
- Correct maintenance as needed based on feedback; back up for the Part Coordinator to receive parts into inventory
- Maintain Asset Risk reports to support PM Evaluation and validation per Maintenance System standards
- Collaborate with maintenance supervisor and Asset Care Planner to optimize PMs; create, adjust, combine, or delete PMs in a continual improvement and risk-based process
- Work with the local CMS administrator and maintenance supervisor to track unscheduled downtime in the PHRED system; support root cause analysis and corrective action
- Create supply orders requests to the Parts Coordinator
- Generate and provide reports using tracking tools for daily/weekly meetings and management reviews
- Maintain maintenance personnel schedule postings and back up weekly maintenance scheduling of work orders
- Track and maintain maintenance KPIs (budget, MTBF, PM completion, on-time/late rates, supplier usage vs procurement agreements)
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Fundamental knowledge of PM processes
- Planning and scheduling knowledge desired
- Knowledge of inventory control management desired
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Shipping and receiving experience is desired
- Attention to detail; CMMS required
- Ability to collaborate and work well with others
- Ability to work independently or in a team
- Basic decision-making skills
- Commitment to continuous improvement
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge acquired through 1 to 3 years of work experience
- Technical experience in manufacturing equipment repair or parts
- SAP experience
