Job Title:

HR Administrative Assistant

Location:

Main Location - Forest Park

Terms: Permanent Part-Time, Hourly 8:00AM to 1:00PM
3 days a week Preferred Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.
Approximately 12-15 hours a week.
Reports to: HR Manager

The HR Administrative Assistant supports human resource operations and Human functions within a licensed Ohio cannabis facility. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate personnel records, supporting onboarding and badging processes, and ensuring all administrative activities comply with Company policy and applicable state regulations, including oversight by the Ohio Division of Cannabis Control.

The ideal candidate demonstrates professionalism, organizational discipline, discretion, and the ability to operate effectively in a compliance-driven environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Schedule fingerprinting
  • Order office supplies
  • Order holiday meals and treats
  • Town Hall Preparation and set-up
  • Print and assemble employee handbooks for orientation
  • Coordinate Cultivation tour for new hires
  • Input visitors into Lobby Track
  • Support HR Manager and HR Generalist with administrative duties.
  • Utilize Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slide Show
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in an administrative, receptionist, or similar support role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and workflow systems ().
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to meet background screening requirements consistent with Ohio cannabis industry standards.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior HR support experience in a regulated environment.
  • Familiarity with compliance-based documentation processes.
  • Customer service experience.
  • At least 21 years of age.
