Job Description

The Event Promotions Assistant will play a key role in supporting the coordination, promotion, and execution of academy events. This position involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure events are professionally represented, well-attended, and aligned with our brand standards.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about event marketing and audience engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of promotional activities for academy events
  • Support event logistics, vendor communication, and on-site setup
  • Coordinate promotional materials and ensure brand consistency
  • Track event registrations and maintain accurate reporting
  • Conduct outreach to prospective attendees and partners
  • Provide administrative support to the events and marketing team
  • Assist in post-event evaluations and performance analysis
