Job Description

Park 6 Logistic is seeking a polished and highly organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our company. This role is essential in maintaining a professional office atmosphere while supporting daily administrative and operational functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and deliveries
  • Maintain front desk organization and ensure a welcoming office environment
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings
  • Provide administrative support to management and operations teams
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with basic data entry tasks
  • Support internal communication and assist with general office coordination
