Description
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, controlling, and directing activities of the service technician team. This individual will coordinate the execution of service agreements and repair work. Customer interaction, communicating with the Field Technicians, and coordinating job priorities with Service Managers will be an everyday occurrence.
Main Job Tasks And Responsibilities- Coordinates service technicians, dispatches and assigns team members to projects.
- Schedules personnel, materials, sub-contractors, and equipment based on project needs, skill sets, and availability.
- Interacts and communicates with Service Manager and HVAC Field Technician Supervisor to assign/dispatch Technicians.
- Answers office phone.
- Works within service ERP and Dispatch Tool for accurate service ticket assignment to technicians.
- Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns and responding to special requests.
- Generates work orders, reviews project paperwork, and generates various reports.
- Monitors Technician activity and schedules ensuring that customer commitments are met, clearly communicating status changes back to the customer regarding early or late anticipated arrivals.
- Closes service requests on a weekly basis for billing and sets up follow up appointments as needed.
- Education:
High School Diploma/GED required. - 3-5 Years Customer Service Experience.
- Must have excellent Customer Service skills - need to be extremely comfortable and effective on the phone.
- Must be organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize daily interruptions.
- Must be detail-oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.
- HVAC industry knowledge.
- Field service software knowledge.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent customer service, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, advanced computer literacy, professional manner.
AbilitiesInteract effectively as a member of a team and work collaboratively with others in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks and work under pressure, flexible and willing to assist as needed.
Top SkillsProject coordination, Support, Organizational and leadership skills.
AdditionalSkills & Qualifications
HVAC experience preferred.
Experience LevelIntermediate Level.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Blue Ash, OH.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year.
