Job DescriptionThe Event Coordinator will play a key role in planning, organizing, and executing events that support the mission and initiatives of Skillbridge Academy. The position involves coordinating logistics, managing schedules, communicating with vendors and partners, and ensuring that every event runs smoothly from concept to completion.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple event details while maintaining a professional and polished experience for attendees and partners.
Responsibilities- Plan, organize, and coordinate events from initial concept through post-event evaluation
- Manage event timelines, schedules, and logistical planning
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and service providers to ensure successful event execution
- Assist with budgeting, tracking event expenses, and maintaining cost efficiency
- Prepare event materials, schedules, and documentation
- Support onsite event management and ensure operations run smoothly
- Collaborate with internal teams to align events with organizational objectives
- Maintain accurate records of event planning activities and outcomes
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
