Responsible for accurately completing licensing, Medicare and Medicaid applications and following the process through to completion. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
Responsibilities- Provide accurate, efficient and timely completion of all retail pharmacy licensing requirements
- Follow up and resolve outstanding problems/issues
- Update databases/spreadsheets as required
- Communicate all licenses and provider number information to divisions and appropriate TLC individuals
- Update facility spreadsheet with new store information and stores revision
- Provide administrative support, decision-making and problem-solving assistance toward the total fulfillment of department goals
- Provide administrative support to team
- Provide back up to other department administrative support personnel (ASPs)
- Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
Minimum
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information and make sound decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Excellent planning, organizing, and follow-up skills with attention to detail
