$20–$21/hour | Contract to hire | 1st shift
Position SummaryOur client is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role will focus heavily on data management, Excel reporting, and general administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document management
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to maintain spreadsheets, track data, and generate reports
- Manage and organize a shared email inbox, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups
- Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars for team members
- Assist with preparation of reports, documentation, and internal communications
- Provide additional administrative support to the team as needed
- 1+ years of administrative, clerical, or office support experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (data entry, tracking, basic reporting)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a team environment
- Experience supporting accounting, finance, or operations teams
- Experience managing high-volume email inboxes
