Leasing Administrator Position SummaryNisbet Property Holdings is seeking a professional and customer-focused Leasing Administrator to oversee lease administration activities and support day-to-day property operations. This position serves as a key point of contact for tenants, prospective residents, vendors, and internal staff while ensuring leasing processes, tenant communications, and service requests are handled efficiently and professionally.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced office environment while delivering excellent customer service.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Provide rental and property information to prospective tenants
- Coordinate the leasing application process for new residents
- Prepare lease agreements and meet with tenants to review and execute lease documents
- Maintain accurate tenant and lease files, including data entry and updates within Rent Manager software
- Monitor lease expiration dates, renewals, notices, and other important deadlines to ensure timely follow-up
- Manage tenant service requests by receiving calls, assigning maintenance staff, and ensuring timely resolution
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs with the Maintenance Department
- Respond promptly and professionally to tenant questions, concerns, and requests
- Answer incoming office calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate ordering of supplies and postage
- Assist with company events, tenant appreciation activities, and holiday programs
- Support additional leasing activities, administrative duties, and special projects as assigned
- Previous leasing, property management, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Experience with Rent Manager or similar property management software preferred
