Job Purpose
The Accounting and Office Administrator provides administrative and accounting support to ensure efficient office operations and accurate, timely financial data.

Duties And Responsibilities- Answer company phone and direct calls appropriately.
- Order office supplies and manage office vendors.
- Act as the first point of contact for office visitors.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail.
- Generate monthly contract invoices.
- Set‑up and maintain vendors.
- Process corporate accounts payable.
- Review daily deposits and process banking transactions.
- Maintain fixed asset records.
- Assist Corporate Accounting Manager with month end close.
- Provide support to other managers in accounting as needed.
- Associate's Degree.
- Three years of experience working in an office.
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers verbally, in writing, by telephone, and face‑to‑face professionally and with a customer service perspective.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficiency in cloud based CRM applications.
While performing the duties of this job, the team member is required to sit; walk; stand for up to seven (7) hours at a time; use hands to handle objects; reach with hands and arms; balance, stoop, talk, and hear. The team member must occasionally lift and move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include vision and the ability to read documents and a computer screen.
Must be able to use a keyboard and monitor.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. The noise level is usually minimal to moderate.
