The Account Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Team Leaders and Account Managers by providing intelligent service in the production and tracking of jobs and documents.
Duties and
Responsibilities Include:
- Support multiple teams with uploads, post flights, render management, plate remakes, writing revisions, renders and customer reports
- Manage file pick-ups, color proofs deliveries, dies, ink draw downs, color standards, press samples, projects, etc.
- Ensure that print samples and renders are correct
- Assist and liaise with account teams to prepare spec sheets and meeting documents
- Coordinate file request activities, research and fulfill
- 5 years' experience in customer service/office administration and project management
- Computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Filemaker)
- Strong understanding of the graphic & packaging industries preferred
- Able to prioritize and complete work assignments/projects with a sense of urgency and execution for excellent results
