Office Administrator

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay Rate: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Hours: 8am to 5pm Mon-Friday

We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Administrator to play a vital role in supporting our daily financial and administrative operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, working with numbers, and supporting operational efficiency in a dynamic technical environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Support: Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processing, including invoice generation, payment tracking, and reconciliation.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate production, vendor, and customer documentation.
  • Purchasing: Process purchase orders and maintain up-to-date vendor records.
  • Data Management: Perform high-level data entry and manage complex spreadsheets.
  • Organization: Maintain organized filing systems and internal reporting documentation.
  • Team Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Office Manager and help coordinate shipping for customer components.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 2+ years of administrative experience (experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred).
  • Software Skills:

    Experience with accounting software (Quick Books or similar) is desired; no accounting degree is required.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong Microsoft Excel skills are essential.
  • Detail Oriented: Excellent organizational ability and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professionalism: Ability to handle confidential financial information and adapt to changing business priorities.
