Job Title: Part‑Time Receptionist and Cashier

Location: 63‑Superior Honda - Cincinnati, OH 45232

Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week:
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 5pm–8pm;
Saturday 8am–7pm;
Sunday 12pm–5pm.

Pay: $16 per hour (part‑time).

• Receipt of cash and check transactions for Service, Parts and Sales
• Handle all cash transactions for the dealership
• Issue temporary tags for all sold vehicles
• Prepare Service Repair Orders (RO's) and scan them into DMS
• Scan RO's into DMS
• Answer calls that come into the receptionist line
• Prepare deposits

• Two polo shirts provided by the company; additional items may be purchased by the employee if desired
• All training performed within the office by the manager and coworkers
• Additional training may be offered through the corporate office

• Customer handling experience required
• Experience with phone calls and walk‑in customers in a professional manner
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass pre‑employment testing, including background checks, MVR, and drug screening
