Job Overview
Mortgage Administrative Assistant at U.S. Bank. Requires working from a U.S. Bank location three or more days per week.
Responsibilities- Coordinate meetings, presentations, and travel arrangements.
- Compose correspondence and maintain documentation.
- Support special projects and collaborate across teams.
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding activities, including candidate coordination and new hire processes.
- Collect and interpret data to produce reports using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Manage multiple requests simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proactively seek clarification when priorities or timelines are unclear.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Typically two to four years of experience in administrative, support, and clerical roles.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and grammatical skills.
- Well‑developed reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Demonstrated administrative and clerical skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and interpret data.
- Proficient computer navigation skills using Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formatting, filtering, formulas).
- Experience creating and delivering professional PowerPoint presentations.
- Prior mortgage or banking industry experience a plus.
$20.00 - $22.50 per hour.
