The Administrative Assistant to the Treasurer will support the Treasurer in managing the district’s accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. The successful candidate will be energetic, customer‑driven, and able to multitask while maintaining a high level of detail orientation.

• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely
• Maintain and reconcile vendor and customer records
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for the Treasurer
• Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting
• Coordinate with other staff on financial matters and support administrative tasks as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional degree preferred
• Experience in school or accounting environment preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills
• Proficiency in mathematics and experience using Excel/Google Sheets
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team

Annual salary range: $46,978 – $70,880
