Key Responsibilities
Office Administration (50%)
* Provide front office support including greeting visitors and managing incoming calls
* Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment Manage office supplies, kitchen inventory, and vendor coordination
* Handle mail distribution, scanning, copying, and correspondence
* Support meeting logistics, conference room setup, and internal events
* Assist executives with scheduling, calendar management, and travel coordination.
* Maintain accurate records, files, and confidential documents.
* Track subscriptions, memberships, and administrative expenses
Communications & Social Media (15%)
* Manage company social media platforms and content calendars
* Create and publish engaging posts, graphics, and promotional materials
* Assist with newsletters, internal communications, and announcements
* Update and maintain company website content and basic SEO
* Support digital tools such as QR codes and Linktree
Project & Event Support (15%)
* Assist with company projects and initiatives to ensure timely completion
* Coordinate company events, retreats, and team-building activities
* Support customer outings, industry events, and registrations
* Manage promotional items, corporate gifts, and employee recognition efforts
* Collaborate with marketing partners and vendors
Additional Responsibilities (20%)
* Handle ad hoc administrative tasks, interruptions, and special projects
* Coordinate office improvements, maintenance, and renovations
* Support community engagement and corporate initiatives
Qualifications
* Minimum 1 year of relevant administrative or office experience
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation
* Experience with Canva (preferred) and video editing (a plus) Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Ability to work across all levels of an organization
* Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
