Uptown Rental Properties is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for guests, candidates, and vendors visiting our office. This role is responsible for ensuring a welcoming, organized, and highly professional front‑of‑house experience while supporting internal administrative operations.

About the Role

The Front Office Coordinator is responsible for managing the daily front‑of‑house experience and ensuring the office environment remains organized, welcoming, and efficient. This position serves as the first impression of the organization for all visitors and plays a key role in supporting internal administrative workflows. This is not a traditional receptionist role. There are no phone responsibilities and no resident‑facing duties.

  • Occasional flexibility required to support interviews, meetings, or office needs
Front Office & Guest Experience
  • Professionally greet and assist all visitors, interview candidates, and vendors
  • Direct guests to appropriate individuals or meeting locations
  • Escort interview candidates as needed to ensure a seamless experience
  • Maintain awareness of visitor flow and uphold a professional office environment
Office Operations & Administration
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Ensure proper organization of deliveries for staff and departments
  • Maintain cleanliness, order, and presentation of the reception area and shared spaces
  • Support overall office readiness and professionalism throughout the workday
Administrative Support
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as assigned
  • Support special projects and internal coordination needs
  • Identify and address organizational or operational needs within the front office area
Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and polished presentation
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain proactive during slower periods
  • Prior experience in administrative support, hospitality, or front‑of‑house environments preferred
  • $16–18/hour, commensurate with experience

This position plays a critical role in shaping the first impression of the organization. The Front Office Coordinator ensures that every guest experience reflects professionalism, organization, and excellence while supporting smooth internal operations.
