We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to support our daily operations and enhance our workplace environment. This role is central to maintaining smooth office functionality, supporting leadership, and driving internal and external communications—including social media and digital presence. ** Key Responsibilities
**** Office Administration (50%)
*** Provide front office support including greeting visitors and managing incoming calls
* Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment Manage office supplies, kitchen inventory, and vendor coordination
* Handle mail distribution, scanning, copying, and correspondence
* Support meeting logistics, conference room setup, and internal events
* Assist executives with scheduling, calendar management, and travel coordination.
* Maintain accurate records, files, and confidential documents.
* Track subscriptions, memberships, and administrative expenses
** Communications & Social Media (15%)
*** Manage company social media platforms and content calendars
* Create and publish engaging posts, graphics, and promotional materials
* Assist with newsletters, internal communications, and announcements
* Update and maintain company website content and basic SEO
* Support digital tools such as QR codes and Linktree
** Project & Event Support (15%)
*** Assist with company projects and initiatives to ensure timely completion
* Coordinate company events, retreats, and team-building activities
* Support customer outings, industry events, and registrations
* Manage promotional items, corporate gifts, and employee recognition efforts
* Collaborate with marketing partners and vendors
** Additional Responsibilities (20%)
*** Handle ad hoc administrative tasks, interruptions, and special projects
* Coordinate office improvements, maintenance, and renovations
* Support community engagement and corporate initiatives
** Qualifications
* ** Minimum 1 year of relevant administrative or office experience
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation
* Experience with Canva (preferred) and video editing (a plus) Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Ability to work across all levels of an organization
* Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
