OverviewOur client is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Provide general administrative support to the office and leadership team
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and incoming communications
- Perform data entry, maintain records, and manage filing systems
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and correspondence
- Order office supplies and assist with inventory tracking
- Assist with meeting coordination, including scheduling and preparation
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Support basic administrative tasks such as document processing and recordkeeping
- Provide customer service support to internal and external contacts
- 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Experience with scheduling and calendar management
- Strong data entry and document management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Experience in a fast-paced office environment
Pay Details: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour
