Position: Administrative Coordinator
Location: Indian Creek Apartments - Cincinnati, OH
Pay Rate: $25/hour, plus commissions for leasing and monthly renewals

Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8am - 4:30pm

Thorough training and property familiarization will be provided by the current Administrative Coordinator.

What We Are Looking For:
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role and leasing professional experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional, courteous, and service-oriented demeanor
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail
  • Basic computer proficiency, including email and data entry; experience with Yardi or invoicing systems is a plus
  • Reliable, organized, and able to work independently while supporting a team environment
Here's What You'll Be Responsible For:
  • Coordinate office operations and establish procedures
  • Receive, input, assign, and follow-up on service requests to ensure a complete and timely response
  • Advise residents via email blasts or paper notices of community issues such as water main breaks, repairs, and improvements
  • Assist the Property Manager in a variety of administrative matters, including preparing reports and correspondence, and gathering the required information for the reports
  • Screen incoming calls and correspondence and respond independently when appropriate
  • Ensure faxes and mail are distributed daily
  • Create and/or maintain database and spreadsheet files, and prepare invoices for payment
  • Maintain an inventory and order supplies ensuring the office is always properly stocked
  • Oversee leasing duties when needed as back-up
  • Perform other tasks required by the Property Manager and assist other associates when necessary to ensure a smoothly run office
