Facility Coordinator

Our Clean Harbors facility in Cincinnati, OH is searching for a Facility Coordinator to join their team. As a Facility Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating several different functions in the facility, including receiving, shipping, and general administration.

Shift: 1st 7am-3pm

• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times;
• Print and create outbound manifests and hazardous waste labels for outbound loads;
• Organize and file plant and truck to truck paperwork;
• Data entry into internal programs;
• Organize and maintain trailer inventories;
• File, type, and perform general clerical duties;
• Perform any administrative duties as required by supervisors.

• High School diploma or equivalent required;
• Must be 18 years or older;
• 1+ years of related experience;
• Fork lift experience preferred (Not required);
• Ability to use computer;
• Ability to lift 50 or more pounds;
