Administrative Support Associate

Administrative Support Associate Details:

  • Contract position
  • $ 24.00 / hour
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
  • Support daily administrative operations including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating team activities.
  • Gather, organize, and maintain data—export, update, and manipulate reports using Excel.
  • Assist Category Managers by pulling product and pricing reports and ensuring accuracy of information.
  • Handle system entries, documentation, and basic reporting with strong attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with team members to support ongoing projects, resolve data discrepancies, and keep workflows running smoothly.

Administrative Support Associate

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; recent college graduates encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (ability to sort, filter, add columns, and export data) and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately manage data and reports.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
