We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Intake Specialist to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately collecting, verifying, and entering data into our systems to support business operations and decision-making processes.

• Receive and review incoming data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Enter data into company databases and systems with high attention to detail.
• Verify and validate data to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies and improve data quality.
• Maintain organized records of data intake activities and document processes.
• Assist in generating reports and summaries based on collected data as needed.
• Adhere to data privacy and security policies to protect sensitive information.

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in data entry, data management, or a related role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with database software is a plus.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
