Client Services Associate to support ultra-high-net-worth family office in a dynamic, relationship-driven environment.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a highly visible role where no two days are the same. You ll serve as a trusted resource, coordinating critical client services, managing complex projects, overseeing insurance administration, facilitating bill payment activities, and ensuring important deadlines never slip through the cracks.
What You'll Do- Coordinate and manage personal and business insurance renewals, claims, and related administration
- Oversee bill payment activities for multiple family clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper documentation
- Manage a variety of projects and deadlines, including property-related matters, travel logistics, licenses, passports, and other client-service needs
- Organize and maintain important documents, records, and client information
- Support internal operations through meeting coordination, SharePoint administration, database updates, and team collaboration
- Serve as a proactive problem-solver and trusted point of contact for a variety of client requests
- BA/BS degree from accredited college or university preferred
- 5+ years of professional experience in client services, private banking, wealth management, insurance, high-net-worth family office, concierge services, or another high-touch service environment
- Financial tracking and analytical thinking skills
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- A customer-service mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems
- Experience supporting High-Net-Worth individuals, families or similar UHNW/HNW Client Services is highly preferred
