About the Role

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day support to our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly, managing multiple priorities, and serving as a key point of contact for both internal staff and external customers.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to leadership and departmental staff.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference rooms.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and presentations using Microsoft Office.
  • Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain confidential records.
  • Order office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed.
  • Assist with onboarding paperwork and other HR-related administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and company events when needed.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with special projects and provide general office support as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of administrative, office support, receptionist, or customer service experience.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Professional demeanor with outstanding customer service skills.
  • High level of discretion when handling confidential information.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
    Associate's degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting multiple departments or executives.
  • Experience with scheduling software, ERP systems, or CRM platforms.
  • Knowledge of document management and office procedures.
