** Responsibilities for an Administrative Assistant include but are not limited to:*
* + Provide core "blocking and tackling" administrative support to Category Managers, including pulling product commodity reports, exporting system data, and manipulating product category spreadsheets (adding columns, saving, and re-exporting data).
+ Gather, organize, and input data across Microsoft Suite with high accuracy to assist 2-5 person cross-functional teams in evaluating product trends (e.g., frozen pizza category data).
+ Resolve daily operational inquiries, manage calendars, coordinate team communications, and handle basic data discrepancies or item setup requests.
** Candidates for Administrative Assistant must meet the following requirements to be considered:*
* + 1-2 years of recent administrative, operations, or data entry experience (Recent college graduates eager to enter the corporate world are highly encouraged to apply!).
+ High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
+ Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook with strong spreadsheet manipulation, reporting, and detail-oriented analytical skills.

** Pay Details:** $24.00 per hour
