The Implementation Coordinator supports the successful onboarding of new clients by assisting the Implementation team with implementation activities, documentation, data entry, and coordination across internal departments. This role is ideal for individuals seeking to build a career in healthcare administration while gaining exposure to project support, client onboarding, and benefits administration in a self-funded and TPA environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Onboarding Support: Assist the Implementation team with new client onboarding activities, including creating and updating workflow tasks, entering group information into internal systems, maintaining project documentation, and completing assigned implementation activities for expansion and Tier 1 business.
  • Internal

    Collaboration:

    Work closely with departments such as Operations, IT, Enrollment, Claims, and Customer Service to support accurate setup and configuration of client benefit plans and ensure assigned implementation activities are completed accurately and timely.
  • Documentation and Reporting Support: Help maintain client overviews, update internal documentation, and distribute tracking reports. Share updates with team members and stakeholders as needed to support implementation activities.
  • Administrative Coordination: Support renewal, termination, and project-assignment activities by helping organize implementation tasks, update project records, and assist with tracking work in tools such as Jira.
  • Project Assistance: Track assigned implementation activities and deadlines, communicate status updates, and bring potential issues or delays to the attention of the Implementation team.
Qualifications:
  • Experience:Experience in a coordinator support, administrative, or project coordination role; exposure to healthcare or benefit administration is preferred. Relevant education or equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of direct experience. Experience in healthcare benefits or third-party administration is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and critical thinking abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to follow through on tasks in a timely manner.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Jira or other project tracking tools is a plus.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with internal departments and stakeholders and respond appropriately to client-related requests as directed.
Compensation:

$50,000–$65,000 annually, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
