Office Administrator/ Coordinator
The Good Samaritan Foundation is seeking qualified candidates for a part-time Administrative Coordinator. This flexible part-time position reports to the Good Samaritan Foundation President and CEO and will work collaboratively with Foundation Leadership to execute foundation projects, provide administrative and office support. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years' experience in business or a related field.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Administrative Support and execution of scholarships, designated funds and accounts payable processes.
- Data Management and execution of monthly and bi-monthly mailings
- Routine Office Support such as supply ordering, answering phones, and equipment maintenance
- Special Project support and execution as needed
- Has a minimum of a high school diploma, and associate's degree in business or related field is preferred
- 3-5 years in business or related field
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Copilot.
- Has experience in database/CRM management and fund accounting.
This position is part-time and offers a flexible schedule.
The Good Samaritan Foundation serves as the fundraising arm of Good Samaritan Hospitals, Good Samaritan College of Nursing and Good Samaritan Free Health Center. Founded in 1986, the Good Samaritan Foundation is the philanthropic vehicle for Good Samaritan Hospital to improve the health of the Greater Cincinnati Community.
- Salary Range: $18.72-$24.65/hr.
