As a Service Advisor, you are the bridge between our customers and our technicians.
You’llgreet customers,answer questions,advise them on the auto repair and maintenance process,communicate repair,maintenance and costrecommendations clearly, ensure everycustomerreceives the transparentandtrustworthy service Donovan’s is known for, and more.

- Listen to customer concerns and document repair needs accurately
- Communicate technician findings and recommendations clearly and honestly
- Prepare estimates, obtain approvals, and manage repair timelines
- Maintain strong communication with customers throughout the service process
- Uphold Donovan’s long-standing commitment to integrity, safety, and value
- Auto dealership service advisor experience is preferred
- Strong customer service, computer,communication and organizational skills
- Ability to explain technical information in a customer-friendly way
- Commitment to ethical, transparent service
