Collision Estimator

Job Summary

Service Center Cincinnati – Glenway Ave. Immediate opening for a Collision Estimator. Perform all-purpose duties including writing estimates, conducting process reviews, checking in customer vehicles, completing final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice), finalizing total loss administration, and providing post‑repair plan communication with all vehicle status updates to customers while complying with safety rules, guidelines and company standards.

• Write estimates for collision repairs
• Conduct process reviews and quality checks
• Check in customer vehicles and complete all necessary paperwork before delivery
• Finalize total loss administration and vehicle status updates
• Communicate repair plans and progress to customers
• Ensure compliance with Caliber safety rules and company standards

• Minimum 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license and eligible for coverage under company insurance policy
• Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License required
• Physical ability to reach, kneel, bend, squat, and lift objects over 50 lbs
• Prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software
• Strong understanding of repair processes and procedures
• Strong sales orientation
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions
• Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast‑paced environment
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
