As a Lube Technician, you will perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, fluid exchanges, and tire services including installation, repair, and balancing. You’ll work to keep customers safe on the road and help them with a friendly, professional attitude.

• Deliver top‑tier vehicle care by performing oil changes, fluid exchanges, and routine maintenance such as battery, filter, and wiper replacements.
• Inspect vehicle systems and partner with ASE certified Service Technicians to identify repair recommendations.
• Perform quality vehicle inspections and provide professional recommendations that go beyond the basics.
• Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires, including TPMS diagnostics and replacement as needed.
• Utilize state‑of‑the‑art shop equipment and the latest technology that differentiates Tire Discounters from the competition.
• Keep the shop clean, efficient, and customer‑ready while completing accurate service records.

• Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to operate basic automotive tools and equipment; mechanical aptitude is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Physically able to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a shop environment (bending, lifting, climbing).
• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S.

• Pay: $16.00 to $20.00 per hour plus additional rate (overtime, variable overtime, weekly commission on billed labor).
• Paid weekly.
