Working hours
- Full time - 5 days a week with Saturday working, weekday - 9am to 6pm and Saturday 8am to 4pm.
Starting pay 15$ hourly
Service Porter responsibilities include:
- Manage vehicles flow in our service stalls, service lanes, service drive, and within the auto group parking lot.
- Work with the auto group service advisor to complete tasks such as keeping track of key tasks, cleaning cars, driving vehicles from service stalls, following dealership display standards, fielding customer requests, and other assigned duties.
- Ensure customer vehicles are ready for return after service department repairs.
- Clean the parking lot, service stalls, and other vehicle areas when needed.
- Manage customer service needs with a positive attitude.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Candidates are required to pass a background check.
- Great customer service and communication skills are necessary.
