Are you an experienced Automotive Repair Technician who wants to work a Monday–Friday schedule with flexible hours? AAA offers a dynamic Fleet Repair Team opportunity in Cincinnati, OH.

Location: 800 West 5th Street, Cincinnati, OH 45203.

Pay: $23.46–$32.95 per hour (based on experience and location).

Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00AM – 4:30PM (occasional weekends as needed).

Responsibilities
  • Accurately and timely repair and maintenance of club fleet and customer vehicles, including passenger cars and light‑ and medium‑duty trucks.
  • Diagnose and repair engines (gas, diesel), transmissions (automatic, manual, transaxle), suspension, steering, brakes (ABS/traction), electrical, heating and air conditioning, and engine performance systems.
  • Complete all paperwork: repair notes on work orders, state and emission inspection data, and other required documentation.
  • Verify repairs by re‑testing systems, conducting road tests, and ensuring proper vehicle function.
  • Maintain in‑depth knowledge of specialized skills and develop additional technical skills for flexible assignment coverage.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3years of relevant automotive technician experience (preferred).
  • National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification in at least two categories, or equivalent manufacturer certification and commitment to attain required certifications within 12months of hire.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Successful completion of pre‑employment criminal, drug, motor‑vehicle screening and a physical examination required by the Department of Transportation.
  • Proficient in PC‑based automotive diagnostics and software applications.
  • Ability to operate both passenger vehicles and light/medium‑duty trucks with automatic and manual transmissions.
