Starting base pay: $18.50 to $21.50 hourly. Pay may vary with experience and location.

Eligibility for uncapped monthly performance bonus, spiffs, and contests.

• Greet customers and answer telephone calls promptly and courteously
• Schedule appointments and review repairs and services with customers to ensure understanding
• Notify customers of any deviations from the original estimate of cost or time
• Record approval and additional costs for repair/service orders
• Distribute work to shop technicians, monitoring progress and job accuracy
• Provide technicians with requested information as needed
• Arrange repairs, payment, and coverage for vehicles under extended warranty programs
• Organize towing or alternate transportation (shuttle or rental) per Total Repair Care standards
• Monitor inspection dates to ensure completion before due dates
• Notify customers of required service intervals per manufacturer recommendations and state requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience in a fast‑paced environment, preferably with automotive background
• Proven sales and customer satisfaction record
• Knowledge of automotive technology and ability to communicate technical information to technicians, customers, and support team
• Valid driver's license
• ASE Service Advisor Certification is a plus but not required
• Completion of required pre‑employment screenings (background check, drug screening) if offered the position
• Authorization to work in the United States
