• $42,000.00 to $110,000 (Flat Rate)
• Up to $5,000.00 or $7,500.00 Sign-on Bonus Potential (Experience Determined by Hiring Manager)

Choose a 40-hour week or a 4/10 schedule, with premium pay on Saturdays. You pick the 3 or 4 days that work best for you. Enjoy complete control over your work hours.

• Perform maintenance and repairs on Honda vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and diagnostics.
• Conduct vehicle inspections to identify issues and recommend repairs for optimal performance.
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems.
• Communicate with service advisors about repairs, timelines, and additional services.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Participate in ongoing Honda training to stay updated on techniques and practices.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns with professionalism.
• Communicate with colleagues to ensure an efficient service experience, Every Customer, Every Vehicle, Every Day!

• Completion of a technical college program in automotive technology preferred.
• Experience as a service technician or mechanic, especially with Honda or reputable brands.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques.
• ASE certification is preferred.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills focused on customer satisfaction.
• Valid driver’s license with a driving record allowing you to drive customers and company vehicles.
