Overview

Sales Enablement at Paycor is a strategic, cross-functional discipline designed to increase sales results and productivity by providing our sales team with content, training, and outstanding support. The Sales Enablement Analyst is dedicated to ensuring the highest level of daily service to our sales team. This individual contributor will work to ensure that sellers receive fast, accurate support so they can achieve their goals.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to sales support requests effectively and efficiently, escalating complex concerns as needed.
  • Create and maintain training and quick reference materials to aid in the sales process. Collaborate with Sales Learning team to create, review and update training materials as needed.
  • Resolve issues directly, and engage internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for timely expert support when necessary.
  • Resolve all support requests within the committed Service Level Agreements, notifying senior level support when needed.
  • Utilize product knowledge and best practices to address prospective client and seller concerns and support the sale-close process.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all Paycor products, software, and services.
  • Streamline existing processes to improve efficiency, making recommendations on process improvements and identifying risks.
  • Support and advance the overall sales enablement strategy.
  • Analyze trends to identify ways to improve sales training and overall seller knowledge.
  • Report on sales support activity and trending.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in or equivalent Paycor experience - Required
  • Self-starter with a can-do attitude - Required
  • Strong customer service skills - Required
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple projects - Required
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills - Required
  • Excellent organizational skills - Required
  • Advanced Excel and Word skills - Required
  • Experience with Salesforce - Preferred
  • The highest level of integrity - Required
Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $52,731-$97,929 annually. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
