What You’ll Do
As a Preconstruction Coordinator
, you’ll play a key role in supporting our preconstruction, estimating, and business development functions. You’ll help drive our prequalification efforts, maintain CRM data, assist with proposal creation, and prepare engaging presentations and marketing materials.

Responsibilities include:- Oversee and manage CRM data and reporting in partnership with our Corporate PMO.
- Lead and complete company-wide prequalification submittals and manage third-party platforms such as Avetta, ISNetworld, and Trade Tapp.
- Assist estimators with bid forms, proposal submissions, and gathering project metrics.
- Produce creative, professional proposals and presentations for business development and preconstruction needs.
- Develop and maintain marketing collateral, project profiles, and team resumes.
- Conduct market and project research to support business planning and growth.
- Facilitate regional business development meetings and collaborate across departments.
- Education/
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience. - Communication
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to draft reports and correspondence. - Technical
Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with CRM systems is a plus. - Analytical
Skills:
Strong organizational, research, and data analysis capabilities with attention to detail. - Interpersonal
Skills:
Collaborative team player with the ability to coordinate across departments and build positive relationships. - Work Environment: Primarily office-based with occasional travel and visits to jobsites.
