Contract1 Opening $1,000reward per hire## About this Role Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Community Development Qualification Analyst to join our team and support one of our clients.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the bank's Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) compliance efforts by evaluating and qualifying community development activities. The successful candidate will ensure that loans, investments, and services meet regulatory requirements and align with the institution's CRA strategy. This position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting, compliance, and performance tracking.
** Responsibilities:
*** Review commercial loans, investments, and volunteer activities to determine CRA community development eligibility.
* Research organizations and businesses to verify community development qualifications and document findings.
* Compile and maintain detailed records for internal CRA reporting.
* Conduct quality control reviews of qualified community development activities.
* Assist with CRA compliance testing, internal audits, and regulatory performance examinations.
* Maintain current knowledge of CRA regulations, guidance, and industry trends.
* Partner with internal teams to improve CRA reporting and communication across business units.## Benefits and Perks

The Ideal Candidate
*
* Qualifications:

*** 3+ years of experience in Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), including community development qualification and CRA compliance.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
* Strong analytical and writing skills, with proven attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Adobe Writer.
* Experience with compliance, regulatory, or quality control processes.
* Ability to interpret and summarize complex regulations and data.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities.
* Strong communication and presentation abilities, comfortable interfacing with all levels of leadership.
