As our Marketing Operations Coordinator, you’ll orchestrate the logistics, processes, and systems behind our marketing initiatives. From managing seminar operations to optimizing engagement funnels, you’ll ensure our strategies are efficient and effective. You’ll collaborate closely with our Marketing, Sales & Client Relations Teams to execute marketing initiatives and translate data insights into actionable improvements, directly contributing to our growth in Cincinnati and beyond.

  Manage logistics for our financial seminars, including venue coordination, material preparation & organization, and registration management.
• Database Management

  Organize, segment, and evaluate our database of prospective clients, ensuring marketing initiatives can be executed.
• Funnel Development
  :
  Build, manage and optimize marketing funnels, integrating tools to enhance lead flow and performance.
• Trend Analysis
  :
  Track and analyze lead metrics (e.g., Attendance, interest, lead quality) across all marketing avenues to identify actionable insights.
• Multi-Team Coordination

  Coordinate with the marketing, sales, and client relations teams to ensure that prospects and clients are being organized and segmented appropriately.
