Job Description
Swift7 Consultants is seeking a Customer Account Representative to join our Cincinnati team. This role is designed for a driven and detail-oriented professional who thrives in client-facing environments and values relationship-building.
As a Customer Account Representative, you will serve as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, resolving inquiries, and identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and account growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with assigned customer accounts
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams
- Address client inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve concerns in a timely manner
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for improvement or expansion
- Maintain detailed account records and prepare reports as needed
- Support onboarding processes for new clients
