Overview
The Resident Housing Leadership Team sets the tone for Cincinnati Ballet’s premier Summer Intensive residency program. Help create a safe, supportive, and fun summer home for young dancers in Cincinnati. This is a unique opportunity to build leadership skills, live on-site, and make a meaningful impact as part of our residential team. Join us for an unforgettable six-week experience supporting the next generation of artists.

Compensation: $685–$850 per week, plus room and board
