- Isaacs is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our Industrial Hydraulics product line and serve as the primary subject matter expert and advocate for assigned technology or technologies. This role blends technical expertise, market insight, and sales enablement to drive growth across diverse industrial markets.

North Canton, OH;
Columbus, OH; or Louisville, KY. The position includes travel up to 50%… to customer sites, supplier facilities, trade shows, and project locations.

• Support field sales with technical expertise, customer visits, solution design, and RFQ assistance.
• Train and coach sales teams on hydraulic applications, competitive positioning, and value propositions.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop sales tools, presentations, and product-focused collateral.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and product performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships; communicate customer feedback to influence product improvements.
• Lead product lifecycle activities, including launches, updates, and discontinuations.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing, or related field—or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in technical, customer-focused roles;
  Industrial Hydraulics experience strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
